Kariann Tan is a sophomore at The George Washington University, intending to double major in Political Science and Journalism and Mass Communication. She is an avid fan of indie music, video games, as well as dabbling in film photography.

Kariann (or Kari, so she calls herself) hails from Malaysia, but was raised in the Philippines and eventually immigrated to the United States in 2017.
